The RNG meter only resets when u get the drop that u selected (your chance of dropping the selected item also increases slowly when fillimng up the meter. For as far as i know the dungeon meter should also reset when u drop the selected but the admins still need to fix it.

Not how the rng meter works. You did 363 f7 runs which is ~35% of the rng meter. I'm assuming you're getting confused with the percentage and thinking thats how many runs you did. If you get an S instead of an S+, only 70% of the score counts. So a score of S 299 would add 209 to the rng meter.
